As a journeyman carpenter with Local 18, Mike’s extensive field experience combines with shrewd business sense to make him a successful hands-on President and General Manager.

As co-owner and Vice President of REIMAR, Carlos brings 35 years of experience in both hands-on construction and site supervision to all projects.  His reputation for quality of workmanship and safety is unsurpassed.  Continuing to work in the field as Site Supervisor, Carlos’ notable projects include:

• Queenston Plaza Redevelopment
• Alterra – Spencer Creek Retirement Condominiums

Cedric manages the construction of concrete equipment and building foundations, concrete structures and slabs, and underground services. Responsible for all aspects of the project from contract award to completion.  Depending on the project, this also included the management of architectural, mechanical, electrical and steel sub-contracts.

Valerie both estimates and project manages excavation, forming and renovation projects.  With a Gold Seal Certification and experience writing and implementing ISO 9000 standards, Valerie has the sound technical background to support her extensive field experience.

A native of Hamilton and graduate of Mohawk College, Shari oversees the accounting department at Reimar.

Sean brings extensive management experience to the operations, health and safety and human resource departments at Reimar.  Having worked on major projects such as Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada – Woodstock Assembly Plant and the FJ Horgan Water Treatment Plan,  Sean stresses on-site involvement in projects to ensure fair, efficient and detailed management.

Keith has over 30 years of experience leading men in the field as either a General Foreman or Site Superintendent

With vast experience supervising high-profile jobs such as the Vancouver Speed-Skating Oval and the Vancouver Convention Centre, Kevin is an asset to the Reimar team.
